I can help by teaching your child to make sense of English.

I offer a variety of flexible programs designed to provide students with effective tools to improve their reading, spelling and comprehension skills. Instead of teaching through memorization, students use scientific discovery to explore, investigate and develop a deeper understanding of English. The knowledge students gain provides them with strategies to read, spell and understand any word they encounter. Lessons are suitable for students who are struggling with reading and spelling and for those students who want to improve their academic standing.  

I offer a variety of different program packages to suit the needs of your child. Below you will find details of the three types of programs I am currently offering (Summer Program July 02 to August 26, 20204, Flex Packages and Term Group).

Summer Program

  • One-to-one lessons individualized to meet the students learning needs.

  • Ideal for children who enjoy inquiry based learning in a creative and engaging environment.

  • Intensive remediation is the best option for students who are struggling to read and spell.

  • Students attend a 45 minute lesson.

  • Parents can book lessons either one, two, three or four lessons a week.

  • Lessons are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

  • Parents receive weekly updates of their child’s progress.

  • Parents can customize the number of lessons per week to fit their summer schedule

Flex Package 1

  • Eight one-to-one lessons customized to meet the students learning needs

  • Students attend a 45 minute online lesson twice a week

  • Lessons are available on Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday between September to June only.

  • Parents receive two student progress updates on session four and eight

Flex Package 2

  • 14 one to one lessons customized to meet the students learning needs

  • Students attend a 45 minute online lesson twice a week

  • Lessons are available on Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday (available from September to June only)

  • Parents receive 3 student progress updates on session four and eight and fourteen

Flex Group

  • Eight lessons targeting key concepts in reading and spelling to help students advance their understanding of English

  • Suitable for families who are either home schooling or open to have their child work collaboratively with children with similar learning needs

  • Group lessons require from two to three students. Students attend 45 minute online lessons twice a week

  • Lessons are available on Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday

  • Parents receive 2 student progress updates on session four and eight
